The way Leslie Fiet and her crew combine flavors in their miniature cupcakes is beyond me. All I know is that I love Mini’s cupcakes and can’t wait to try these seasonal flavors here for the holidays.

From now until December you can order:
* Pumpkin Chocolate Chip – chocolate chip cupcake frosted with creme cheese topped with chocolate chips
* Carrot Ginger – carrot ginger cupcake baked with brown sugar and frosted with cream cheese and topped with walnuts.
* Organic Fuji Caramel Apple – an apple spice cupcake filled with homemade caramel, frosted with creme cheese topped with a bit of caramel.
