Cupcake Trends: The Frosting Shot
Cupcakes are all about the frosting. Seriously, if the frosting stinks, the cupcake stinks! What I want to know is when will the frosting shot hit up Utah?
Come on peeps, let’s do this thing! (I can already think of a handful of cupcake frosting flavors that I would buy in this form!)

I promise I WILL offer frosting shots when I open my bakery later this year in Spanish Fork. It has been in the plan for months! That is why I am perfecting each of my delicious frosting recipes.

We tried the frosting shots when we first opened, but it never caught on. We also sell our frosting in 8 ounce and 16 ounce containers, which customers often buy. Maybe we should try the frosting shot again and see if it will take off this time. Maybe?

Holy cow. Who knew someone got it so well that they made cups of frosting for those of us who eat the cupcake for the frosting. I love this idea.
