Harmon’s Culinary Education Center: Gourmet Cupcake Class
The other day when I was buying some produce at Harmon’s I noticed that they had a gourmet cupcake class this month! (It appears to be sold out, dang!) I still want to post it just in case a slot opens up. This really looks like a great class, check out the info and menu below!
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
HANDS-ON
Cupcakes! No matter how old you are nothing is better than enjoying a sweet and delicious cupcake. In this class we will be creating cupcakes for the more mature palette. After this class you will never look at cupcakes the same.

Chocolate Banana Crunch Cupcakes, S’more Cupcakes with Marshmallow Frosting, Meyer Lemon Cupcakes with Raspberry Frosting and Carrot Cupcakes with Marzipan frosting

Cancellation Policy:
Class enrollment is on a first-come first-serve basis. If a class is full we would be happy to add you to our waiting list and will contact you if space becomes available. Reservations must be canceled 48 hours in advance for a refund. Harmons reserves the right to change instructors and times of class if necessary. Due to the chef’s discretion and the seasonal availability of ingredients all menus are subject to change.

Cupcake Trends: The Frosting Shot
Cupcakes are all about the frosting. Seriously, if the frosting stinks, the cupcake stinks! What I want to know is when will the frosting shot hit up Utah?
Come on peeps, let’s do this thing! (I can already think of a handful of cupcake frosting flavors that I would buy in this form!)
