Fudge Frosting Vote 2010 at The Chocolate Dessert Cafe

When it comes to cupcakes most devote enthusiasts are very serious about their frosting.  I could honestly carry a conversation about cupcake frosting for well over an hour. I’d get into texture, ingredients, extracts, techniques…and don’t get me started on cupcake to frosting ratios!

For those just as nerdy as I am…you can head on over to The Chocolate Dessert Café now until 7 pm (or until supplies last) to cast your vote on which new fudge frosting they should use!
