My husband loved this cupcake. I on the other hand am discovering I have mega-issues with jumbo/giant-sized cupcakes. Sometimes big is too big.
But, the frosting was good. ..and the cake wasn’t too bad either. i think i just get overwhelmed with the size.
…ps i HAVE to give a shout out for this place’s soup and bread. it is KILLER!

I made a similar-looking cupcake two years ago for a race I did called the Muddy Buddy.
I know what you mean about giant cupcakes…sometimes it puts the cake/frosting proportion out of balance.

Sorry, I wasn’t a fan of their cupcakes or frosting. I tried both the little princess and little mermaid and thought it was too… something I can’t my finger on. I’m also not a fan of chilled cupcakes so I have it sitting out to see if I like it at room temp.
