Carlucci’s Bakery – Chocolate Cupcake
I ate this cupcake back in October. It’s the chocolate cupcake with ganache from Carlucci’s Bakery in Salt Lake City. A funny story revolves around my trying it…I’ll have to tell ya bout it soon. For now, I just wanted to post it because…well, I like the picture.

The Valentine’s Day Cupcake Pull-apart {aka mini cupcake cake}
Cutsie Cakes in Layton, Utah has come up with a really cute idea for Valentine’s Day cupcakes! They are calling it the cupcake pull-apart. I love it! Basically it’s a mini cupcake cake formed in the shape of a heart with a personal message! I think this is the perfect quantity of cupcakes ( 3 cupcakes ) for a Valentine’s Day gift.

Gluten-Free Bakery in Kaysville, Utah – Sweet Cake Bake Shop
What the heck! When I finally think I’ve got a handle on everything that is going on in our Utah cupcake world…I find out that there is yet another cupcake 
bakery I did not know about! On Monday, I saw this post on Cupcakes Take the Cake (Thank you, Ladies!). Apparently Kaysville, Utah is home of the Sweet Cake Bake Shop that sells gluten-free cupcakes!
This is awesome! Now our gluten-free friends have more options for cupcakes!
