{Strawberry} Cupcake Shortcakes
In hopes to help get me through the ugly January that exists on state street in Utah, I bring you the cupcake shortcake. I found this on Real Mom Kitchen and it looks delicious…and easy!
Here’s what you need:
Cupcake Shortcakes
Cupcakes, prepared from a box cake mix (I like the golden vanilla flavor, but white and yellow also work)
sweetened whipped cream
strawberries
sugar
