Months before I started Utah Loves Cupcakes I discovered that Disneyland sold cupcakes. It was so cool. You can read all about it here! I shall share some pictures with you! …because you can freaking win a trip to Disneyland. Ahhh a free trip to a place that has cupcakes. PERFECT!
You want details don’t you? Okay…here we go!
My friend and ever-awesome blogger, April Atwater, is hosting a giveaway on her blogs Sweet life in the Valley and {the it’s new sister blog} Out and About with the Family!
It’s a super simple giveaway. To enter all you have to do is basically sign up for her newsletter. I’d say that is too easy for such an awesome prize. Be sure to check out both blogs. I love them both and um…you should know i’m a contributor to Out and About with the Family. It’s a new travel blog dedicated to traveling with the family!
so… have you tried a CupShake at Sammy’s Cafe in Provo yet? Learn more about Cupshakes on this post!
Cravings Cupcakes by Alisha are pretty good!
A while back I sampled her most popular flavors and I have to say I was pretty impressed. I haven’t posted my complete review (which is a very positive one!) but I must tell you that I liked the White Chocolate flavor. I was reminded when I saw this post about a recent wedding Alisha catered.
The White Chocolate Cupcakes are described as “White cupcake with white chocolate chips topped with a buttercream frosting.”
I’m sorry, but this is one of THE coolest cupcake photos I’ve seen.
Everything about it is so cool: the colors, the tights, the bow, the model, the stacked cupcakes!

I found the photo on Mini’s Cupcakes Facebook Fan Photo Page!
If you didn’t know already, Facebook allows your to let your fans upload photos to your page. (Every cupcake biz FB page should do this)
The photo credit goes to Mini’s Cupcake fan, Jenifer Lee Warburton.
And speaking of Mini’s you must check out their FB page. It’s awesome. And you need to head to their new location in Sugarhouse!

these apple cupcakes are perfect for fall!
apple cupcakes by kara cupcakes. here’s what she said about them:
“these apple cupcakes were super easy and too cute! i covered the cupcake in vanilla frosting, rolled the top in green sprinkles, inserted a pretzel stick & mint leaves, & then used a child’s fork to take a ‘bite’ out of it & added three brown sprinkles for apple seeds (i wanted to use sesame seeds but only had the light colored ones). aren’t they adorable?! to see more go to, www.karascupcakes.blogspot.com “
These are just lovely.
Purple flower and white wedding cupcakes by Cupcake Chic.
I am all too excited about this Utah Cupcake News.
You can now purchase Cupcake Chic Cupcakes at the BYU Bookstore’s Candy Counter!

My on-campus hookups snapped this shot. I love the Top 10 reasons you should get a cupcake. I can also think of 100 more!

Don’t they look so good!
I love Cupcake Chic cupcakes!
Back in July I sampled cupcakes from Friends Always Cupcakes in Sandy.
The three flavors I thought were worth mentioning are the hostess with the mostess, chocolate peanut butter and german chocolate. i thought the pretty in pink lemonade had potential too, it was yummy but the angel food cake was so delicate it was hard to eat in cupcake form. But I think with a few tweaks it could be one of the most unique and delicious cupcakes.
