Blackberry Cornmeal Cupcakes

I made Martha Stewart’s Blackberry Cornmeal Cupcakes right after I purchased her CUPCAKES book a few months ago. I just ran across this lovely photo of the batch before I put them in the oven. Anyone else tired this recipe?

Go to my other blog, Project Domestication, to see the finished cupcakes.

Bake Sale Cupcake – Ice Cream Cone Cupcake

I bought this Ice Cream Cone Cupcake at a bake sale in my neighborhood. :) The darling little girl sold it to me for 50 cents.

It seriously was one of the best cupcakes I had all summer!

Cupcakes now served at the Lion House Pantry Locations

Lion House Cupcakes

A few weeks ago, I tweeted about my discovery that the Lion House Pantry locations (located inside Deseret Book stores) are now serving CUPCAKES!

I snagged the flavors they had that day: German Chocolate, Red Velvet and Peanut Butter and Jelly.

It was seriously a great lunch/treat. I got their famous chicken salad and a croissant and these cupcakes :) . I’ve got so many fond memories of the Lion House Pantry/Restaurant and their cookbooks. This was cool to see them come out and serve cupcakes.
