Blue Lemon Bistro Cupcakes
I finally had a chance to sneak on over to Blue Lemon Bistro to try their cupcakes.
Verdict? I like. And I think they are smart.
Why? Read on…
Because Blue Lemon’s frosting is very different than other cupcakes in Utah County and Utah as a whole.
See, they use swiss meringue buttercream
I tried all three flavors they had available (though there were more combinations of those flavors). my favorite was the raspberry lemonade cupcake and the chocolate frosting that came on the chocolate cake.
oh yeah. the food is great, too. best lettuce (besides pizzeria 712) i’ve had since living in nyc.

Out of all the delicious things there, you liked the lettuce? JK. I am craving those raspberry lemon cupcakes….they are my new fav. I love the texture of the frosting!!
